Harbor Tycoon

Harbor Tycoon scratches the management itch without overwhelming you. You run a small port, schedule incoming ships, and slowly expand into a busy coastal hub. The loop of optimising cargo flow is quietly addictive.

What keeps it from feeling grindy is the steady drip of new buildings and routes. Each unlock changes how you organise the dock, so you keep rethinking your layout. The UI is clean, which matters a lot for a sim on a small screen.

It can get busy in the late game, and I wished for a faster way to manage multiple docks at once. Still, for a tap-to-manage sim it is one of the more thoughtful ones I have played lately.
