Lantern Vale

Lantern Vale is the quiet game in our catalogue, and sometimes that is exactly what you need. You wander a hand-drawn valley, light old lanterns, and piece together what happened to the people who lived there. There is no combat and no timer, just curiosity.

Puzzles are environmental and fair. You notice a detail, connect it to something across the map, and the valley opens up a little more. The art and soft soundtrack carry a lot of the mood, and I found myself slowing down just to look around.

It is short, maybe four hours, but it stays with you. A lovely palate cleanser between heavier strategy sessions.
